Cancellation Policy
Payments 2.1 All single class passes and memberships purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used by the person specified at time of purchase. 2.2 When purchasing a single class pass or a Membership, the buyer agrees to use all passes and/or access within the specified time or expiration date. 2.3 The Golden Space cannot guarantee virtual access to an online session until full subscription or session fee has been received. 2.4 The Golden Space has full discretion to offer discounts and concessions to individuals as it sees fit. This does not automatically entitle other clients to the same discounts and concessions. 2.5 Only one (1) discount offer can be used per purchase. All payments are electronic via payment portal of Stripe. All Credit Cards will be processed in either SGD (Singaporean Dollar), depending on your locale, at the time of payment. The Golden Space is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies. 2.6 Online Wellness Membership subscription fees will be charged on date of sign-up and the monthly fee will be automatically deducted from the client’s registered credit card automatically in the beginning of a new month until cancelled by the client. 2.7 To cancel an online membership subscription please need to email your request to wecare@thegoldenspace.com . You are required to give a minimum of 5 days notice before your next payment is due. 3. Refund Policy for Class Passes and Memberships 3.1 Monthly Membership is not refundable or transferable between persons. Single Pass for online classes are not refundable . 3.2 If you purchase a product that you are not eligible for, you will be refunded in the form of Class passes (Membership Credits) with a 1 month expiration period. 3.2 Medical Cancellations – Refunds or part refunds for online Monthly Membership fee, single class purchases, private classes or online workshop fees can be considered on medical grounds and are assessed at the Discretion of management of The Golden Space whose decision is final. To consider a refund, please email your request with a valid medical certificate to wecare@thegoldenspace.com. 3.3 When booking classes, workshops, private consultations, events or coaching programs, it is your responsibility to check dates for suitability. The Golden Space are not responsible for errors or miscalculations in your booking dates.
