1 in 3 women and 1 in 71 men worldwide have experienced sexual or physical assault. But many women and girls alike do not report and are not part of the statistics because of shame, self-blame, violence-normalisation and fear of judgement. The road to healing & recovery may take years. But it is a journey that all survivors need to through to piece our life back together again and to discover full closure. About the Instructor:
Lucy Chan McFadyen specialises as an Emotional Trauma Coach. In her growing years, Lucy suffered from depression after experiencing physical and sexual violence. Embarking on a journey of self-healing, she is now a Certified Meditation Instructor and an Accredited CBT Coach. With over 10 years of experience in the field of Post-Traumatic Growth, Lucy brings a safe and dynamic approach to transformational healing. She believes that everyone can transcend our own history through changing our emotions, thoughts and belief patterns. Everyone possesses the ability to heal themselves. Having been mentored professionally across the world, Lucy's multi-cultural understanding brings grace and new meaning to our lives.
